Delivery

YBC delivers in Switzerland and in the European Union subject to import limitations specific to the country of destination. Some products are shipped only to Switzerland according to the explicit indication on the products in question.

The delivery is made by the Swiss Post or by a partner carrier depending on the destination. If several delivery solutions are possible, you will have to choose when finalizing your order.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours depending on payment for products available from stock. We ship orders Monday through Friday (except holidays).

If one or more articles are not available from stock at the time of the order, the delivery will be made when all items are available from our stock. A partial delivery can be agreed in individual cases. Please contact us in this case.

Shipping costs include packaging and preparation costs. For some specific products, there may be additional cost. This will be clearly and transparently indicated at the time of ordering.

Returns

One or more items in an order may be returned to us within two weeks of receipt for the following reasons :

• Error in the delivery of your order
• Error in your order
• Product defect

Concerning delivery or order erros, the products must be in their original packaging and not used.

In all cases, please contact us to agree on the terms of return.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items.
